Every Valto Bike product is backed by a full manufacturer warranty.

12-Month Standard Warranty

All products sold by Valto Bike come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty electronics or components
• Premature wear under normal use

What's Not Covered

• Damage from accidents, drops, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. brake pads, tyres)
• Damage from unauthorised modifications
• Water damage on non-waterproof products

How to Claim

1. Email us at warranty@seeratools.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include photos or a short video showing the fault.
3. We'll review your claim within 2 working days and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty options are available on selected products at checkout. Look for the "Extended Warranty" option on eligible product pages.
